VHS Bhaktapur is a community-based educational institution dedicated to German language education, intercultural learning, and youth empowerment in Nepal. The institution operates in alignment with European educational standards and internationally recognized frameworks, ensuring transparency, standardization, and academic integrity across all academic and examination-related activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2011<\/strong> by Saroj Bastola<\/strong>, who has continuously led the organization since its establishment, VHS Bhaktapur has developed into a trusted educational and examination partner at both national and international levels, with a strong focus on institutional reliability and international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

German Language Education<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

VHS Bhaktapur provides German language education from A1 to B2 levels<\/strong>, fully aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)<\/strong>. The programs are designed to support systematic language development across listening, reading, writing, and speaking, preparing learners for academic, professional, and mobility-related pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VHS Bhaktapur serves as the founding institution and principal administrative authority for \u00d6SD (\u00d6sterreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch)<\/a> German language examinations in Nepal<\/strong>. It operates the primary \u00d6SD Exam Center<\/strong> and is responsible for the coordination, administration, and quality assurance of \u00d6SD examinations conducted within its institutional framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While VHS Bhaktapur provides CEFR-aligned German language education, \u00d6SD examinations are administered independently<\/strong> under standardized procedures in strict compliance with \u00d6SD Austria regulations<\/strong>, including examiner qualification requirements, data protection standards, and quality control mechanisms. This clear separation ensures examination integrity and international recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VHS Kathmandu<\/strong> operates as an official branch of VHS Bhaktapur<\/strong>, established to extend access to German language education and related academic activities in Kathmandu and surrounding regions. The branch functions under the academic leadership, administrative supervision, and quality assurance framework of the main institution. All programs and \u00d6SD-related activities coordinated at this location follow the same standards, policies, and procedures defined by VHS Bhaktapur and \u00d6SD Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
